What about us?

Maudeco is a creative startup based in Romania which started selling cloud-shaped lamps back in October 2017. Now we are leaning towards growing and selling even more cool home products like coasters, planters and even bath bombs.

 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes, custom orders can be made if you contact us directly, you will be given a custom quote for your requirement.

 

Do you offer buy-back?

If you wish to upgrade your cloud, you can return your old one, and we will offer you a gift card of 25% of the value of the cloud you returned, so you can buy a brand new one, or a different model.

 

Do you sell bulk?

Yes, if you wish to purchase a high volume of cloud lamps (100+), we offer a discount of 10% on your order, but please note that the shipping time may be larger due to stock unavailability.

 

Where do you ship?

We ship all across Europe in the European Union countries with DHL Express and in Romania with no shipping price with Sameday Curier.

 

Can I install a cloud lamp myself?

Absolutely, we have designed each piece to be able to be easily installed by yourself, but we highly recommend that you ask a local electrician to install it since playing with high voltage can be dangerous.

 

How do I clean the Cloud lamp?

Gently tap like a pillow to remove loose dust. If vacuuming is required, we recommend using our special cleaning metal mesh which can be purchased from our store.

 

What about returns?

If you are not satisfied with the product you are able to return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from date of delivery. We will refund the price of the product less a 5% restocking fee and any associated shipping costs. After the 30 day time-frame we do not accept returns.

 

Warranty?

Our products are covered by a one year warranty unless otherwise stated. Within that time-frame in the event of a issue with a product we will ask that the product be returned to us in Bucharest, Romania. Once returned we will evaluate the issue and identify the cause. If the issue is found to be the result of a manufacturing error we will reimburse the return shipping cost, repair or replace the unit and ship it back to the the buyer. Beyond that time-frame we will repair each unit on a case by case repair fee.
