Return Policy

If you’re not totally satisfied with your Maudeco purchase you can return it within 30 days, together with proof of purchase, for a full refund. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used to make the purchase. We are unable to refund or exchange your items if your merchandise is found to be dirty, stained, damaged or abused.

You will be required to present a valid photo ID for all returns and exchanges made in store. Information from your ID will be retained in a company-wide database to be used only for authorizing returns.

1. Damaged shipment

Returns for damages or errors made in shipping must be called within 24 hours of receipt of shipment to obtain a return management authorisation (RMA) or have your order corrected.

Returns will be processed within 10 days of receipt of shipment. Electronic correspondence will be sent to the main contact on the account when the return has been processed. For the status of your return please contact us.

2. Ordered wrong product

In this case, please contact us as soon as possible, so we can cancel and replace your order, free of charge.
